Rules and Regulations of A.P.Chess Association.
 
(I) A.P.Chess Association Affiliation/Registration:
  1. Affiliation of District Bodies: All Affiliated District Associations of APCA has to pay Rs.1,000/- as renewal charges for a calendar year. Players in respect of districts which are in due of affiliation charges will be considered as donor entries  in the State Official events . Each affiliated District body is entitled to field two entries as selected entries in all selection tournaments and four entries in case of State’B Men & Women & Junior State Championships. Any number of entries can be recommended as donor/special entries.
  2. Registration of Players: Players have to pay Rs.100/- as registration charges for a calendar year. Players who are not registered players of A.P.Chess Association are not eligible to participate in any of the Tournaments. Unregistered players willnot berecommended for FIDE Rating Tournaments, National/International/Open Championships recognized by Federations ( Affiliated to AICF).
  3. Coaches Registration: Coaches who want to get registered with A.P.Chess Association will have to get their names registered with A.P.Chess Association and they have to pay Rs.500/- as Annual fee for a calendar year. Only registered Coaches of A.P.C.A will be recommended as coaches for any purpose by the A.P.Chess Association.
  4. Arbiters Registration: Arbiters who want to get registered with A.P.Chess Association will have to get their names registered with A.P.Chess Association and they have to pay Rs.500/- as Annual fee for a calendar year. Only registered Arbiters of A.P.C.A will be recommended as Arbiters for any purpose by the A.P.Chess Association.
  5. Academies Registration: Arbiters who want to get registered with A.P.Chess AssoArbiters Registration:ciation will have Arbiters Registration:to get their names registered with A.P.Chess Association and they have to pay Rs.500/- as Annual fee for a calendar year. Only registered Arbiters of A.P.C.A will be recommended as Arbiters for any purpose by the A.P.Chess Association.
 
Affiliation/Registration is subject to approval by the respective committee/Executive Body of A.P.Chess Association.
(II) Eligibility of player to participate in the tournaments:
  1. State Championships:
 
1.Player (selected/donar) should be a Registered Player of A.P.C.A.
 
2.To participate in any of the Tournament/Championship players should be recommended by the respective District Association/Academy.
  1. National/International Official Championships:
  1. Player  should be a Registered Player of A.P.C.A.
  2. To participate in any of the National Tournament/Championship players should participate in the respective State Championship.
  3. Top-4 Players in categories U/15 ( Boys),  U/15 (Girls) , U/19 ( Boys), U/19 (Girls),  State B Men , State B Women and Top-2 Players in all other categories are eligible to participate in the National Championship as Selected/Ordinary entries.
  4. Players who want to participate as donor entry in the National Championship should pay 25% of the National entry fee to the APCA.
State Championships:
FIDE Rating/Open National & International   Championships:
  • Player should be a Registered Player of A.P.C.A.
  • To participate in any of the FIDE Rating/Open National & International Championships players entry  should be recommended by the respective committee/Executive Body of the A.P.Chess Association.
Donor entry for State/National is subject to approval by the respective committee/Executive Body of A.P.Chess Association.

III. Entry Fee:
Selected/Ordinary entry fee in all state selection tournaments should not exceed Rs. 500/-
 
Donar/Special entry fee in all state selection tournaments should not exceed Rs. 800/-
IV. Facilities’ to Players and officials:
 
(I) Entry Fee for National Championships for Selected Players will be paid by the organizing committee of the respective state championship. All selected players of  National Championships will be provided Rs. 80/- per day per player as DA & Their Traveling expenditure will be met by the respective organizing committee.  Coaches/Managers appointed by A.P.C.A for National Championships will also be provided Rs. 120/- per day as DA and Rs.1,000/- as Special Honorarium  in addition to the traveling expenditure by the organizing committee of the respective state championship.
  ll Medal Winners cash incentives:
 
  (a) International Gold            : Rs. 7,500
  (b) International Silver        : Rs. 5,000
  (c )International Bronze        : Rs. 3,000
  (d) National Gold                  : Rs. 3,000
  (e) National Silver                : Rs. 2,000
  (f) National Bronze               : Rs. 1,000
  Above incentives  are in respect of each medal won by player.
